Licensed SLP / Clinic Director
An experienced, state licensed, vital stim and ASHA certified member since 2010. Khalilah Marques is licensed to practice Speech Language Pathology in the states of : California, Georgia, and Florida. Her experience includes working in every setting of Speech Pathology (schools, hospitals, home health, rehab & private clinic).
Previously, she was on the Communications Sciences & Disorders department advisory board with Jacksonville University. Khalilah has previously worked with Los Angeles County Office of Education, Loma Linda University Hospital, Duval County Public Schools, First Coast YMCA, Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital, and St. Vincent’s Hospital. She has provided quality care in the field for 18 years, also has treated and completed the VitalStim certification for Dyshagia treatment. Khalilah is trained and American Heart Association
Basic Life Support CPR and AED certified.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from California State University of Los Angeles and a Master of Arts in Communicative Disorders from California State University of Long Beach.

Jeanette Soricelli received her undergraduate degree at Malone University where she double majored in Exercise Science and Psychology. She then pursued her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences.
She is currently working full-time in the school system and has experience in a variety of settings including skilled-nursing facilities, outpatient neurology, hand/upper extremity rehab, and outpatient pediatrics. She is passionate about vision-related disorders and recently presented her doctoral thesis on the role of OT in addressing the visual system in school-based care.
When not working, she enjoys going to the beach and training for her second New York City Marathon!

Aja Williams graduated from the University of Virginia with an undergraduate degree in Communication Disorders in 2009. She went on to Longwood University to receive her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2016.
Aja has previous experience working with pediatric and adult populations in the private practice, school system, home, and outpatient settings. She has a passion for working with children diagnosed with Autism, augmentative and alternative communication, and bilingual therapy. When not working, Aja enjoys spending quality time with her family, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and reading a good book.

Chanelle Glover is a native of Jacksonville, FL. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences, Master of Business and Administration and also pursued a Master of Occupational Therapy at Florida A&M University.
Chanelle has previous experience working with the pediatric and adult populations in the school system, assisted living, and outpatient settings. She has a passion for working with children and assisting them in reaching milestones as well as helping people in general to be as functional as possible throughout life’s journey. When not working, she enjoys being a foodie and enjoying experiences in Jacksonville and beyond!

Charles-Okezie, COTA/L, earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Huntington University in May 2022. She is attaining her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Jacksonville University and will graduate in April 2025.
Amarachi is competent and certified in American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR and AED. She is also an AOTA member and is licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Florida. Her experiences include working and interning in most occupational therapy settings, such as outpatient pediatric clinics, outpatient orthopedics, and inpatient hospitals with different age groups and diagnoses. Furthermore, Amarachi has a strong passion for working with children and individuals to enable them to perform and participate in meaningful everyday life activities!
Amarachi looks for ways to improve her skill set when not working through continuing education courses and practicum. She also enjoys reading novels, engaging in weightlifting, forms of aerobics, and exploring new eats and places to socialize with family and friends.

Ashley Parra received her bachelors degree in kinesiology with a minor in Biology at Methodist University in North Carolina. She went on to further her studies and become an Occupational Therapist Assistant at Keiser University in Jacksonville, FL.
She is certified in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association. Her experiences include interning at Brooks Rehabilitation inpatient hospital and treating individuals with different diagnoses. She also interned at FSST pediatric outpatient setting and enjoyed working with all the kiddos and their families.
Ashley is passionate in working with children and supporting them to reach their goals.
When not working, Ashley loves to paint and spend time with her family!

Fran Baehman graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication and earned a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy State University. She recently attained a Certificate in Communication Science and Disorders from Florida State University (FSU) and is currently furthering her education in FSU’s distance learning Communication Science and Disorders graduate program. She has over 15 years of experience working with young children and their families in the field of early intervention. Some of her experiences include helping young children under the age of 5 with behavioral concerns and helping children with developmental delays to grow in their social, communication, cognitive, and motor skills.
In her free time, Fran loves spending time with her family, baking, practicing yoga, and just playing.

Business Manager
A fair and detailed orientated individual who strives for extreme efficiency in operations. Understanding customer care with protective communication, this is his focal point when incorporating our company’s policies and procedures. He has established systems that help maintain a strong core and values structure with our company strategy. Thurmon is also certified for HIPAA Compliance.
Majority of his experience from the last 20 years has been developed from working for Aviation Fortune 500 companies and also being a United States Army Veteran. A discipline and attention to detail skill set he says is credited to being a Federal Aviation Administration Licensed Technician.
He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Redlands.
