
Mary (Cathy) Cathleen Dumas Brown Loving spouse and mom, devoted daughter, sister, good friend, and devoted Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Mary (Cathy) Cathleen Dumas Brown, 60, of Rancho Cucamonga spent her life therapeutic and provoking others. Born in Covina, California on Might 8, 1954, Cathy attended faculty at Riverside Neighborhood School after which at San Jose State College, the place she studied Occupational Remedy and met her husband of 35 years, Jeff. Cathy turned a Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatric care working first for Santa Clara County Youngsters’s Companies in San Jose, then for San Bernardino County Youngsters’s Companies. She made it her life’s work to assist heal and equip Okay-12 faculty youngsters with expertise and rehabilitative therapies. She touched the lives of tons of of scholars all through the Inland Empire in the midst of her profession.
Religion and household have been the material of Cathy’s life, and he or she is remembered most on this method. She was the oldest of 5 youngsters, and as a baby, loved spending her time along with her brothers and sisters, taking part in volleyball, and creating arts and crafts. She was rooted deeply in her Lutheran religion and love of Christ, and he or she and Jeff remained energetic in lots of church ministries as they raised three completed daughters. Cathy entered God’s Kingdom on October 22, 2014, peacefully at residence following a brave battle with most cancers.
Cathy will probably be deeply missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her husband, Jeff, their daughter LeeAnn and son-in-law, Jorge; and their daughters Joelle, and Camille. She can be survived by her siblings: Cecily and her spouse Sarah, their youngsters Isabel and Natalie; Francis; Ed and his spouse Brenda, their youngsters Aiden and Paul; Terese and her husband Bryan, their youngsters Christian (Cathy’s Godson), and Ethan. Cathy is moreover survived by her mom, Patricia, her mother-in-law, Teddie; and her sister-in-law, Chris. Cathy is predeceased by her father, Frank, her father-in-law James, and her brother-in-law Timothy.
A celebration of Christ in Cathy’s life will probably be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Ontario on Thursday, October 30, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. adopted instantly by a reception in Redeemer’s Fellowship Corridor. Cathy was particularly grateful for the outpouring of assist from Chaffey Excessive Faculty college students, lecturers, directors, and buddies.
